Crêpes, pannenkoeken en flensjes

Crêpes, Pannenkoeken en flensjes zijn alle drie pannenkoeksoorten. Het verschil zit in de grootte en de dikte, maar ook in de vulling en het beleg. De crêpe is de dunste variant van de drie en is een stuk groter dan de gewone pannenkoek en het flensje. In Frankrijk is de crêpe vooral bekend als dessert. Maar wij bieden ook de hartige crêpes als variant
